Amberton Foreshore’s Nautical Themed Playspace is sure to excite Pirates and Mermaids of all ages. Children can conquer the HUGE 8.5m Lighthouse as they navigate their way to the top through a series of rope climbing challenges and fly down the giant tube slides to the sandy beach below. This playspace has been designed in collaboration with the talented team at Emerge Associates to cater for all ages and abilities.
The Sand Factory is a hub of excitement as children engage in tactile and imaginative experiences to move and manipulate sand through conveyor belts, sand pulleys, sieves, balance scales, wagons, buckets, chutes and stencils.
Nautical adventures on the high seas can be enjoyed on board the fishing boat with cargo climbing nets, slide, tunnels, captain’s wheelhouse, interactive propellers, viewing deck and telescope.
Little ones will be drawn to the unique graphic Fish, Dolphin and Sea Snake springers with their vibrant colours and patterns. Sail away in the accessible pod swing or slide down the embankment slide from the Lighthouse level down to the huge range of play experiences below.
