Designed in collaboration with the City of Wanneroo, the brief for this playspace was to connect to the history of the area. The iconic Mary Lindsay Homestead nearby and the beautiful Yanchep Lagoon in the background provides a perfect backdrop for this interactive Fishing Boat Play Unit. Children love using the sand pulley to hoist loads of sand up onto the main deck and pour it into the chute at the top for their friend to catch at the bottom. The boat provides a variety of play opportunities including climbing, sliding, steering and turning the wheel at the stern and propellers under the main deck. Climb aboard and embark on an ocean adventure.
