As part of the City of Wanneroo Playground Renewal Program 2019/2020 we provided a winning design that enhanced the natural aesthetics of this site. Nestled in a relaxed and leafy neighbourhood park, Alston Playspace has something for everyone. The Kanope Multiplay Unit is packed with challenging climbing and sliding opportunities as well as low-level interactive play panels. The natural green curved steel uprights contribute to the aesthetics of this unique and dynamic unit. The Hurricane Swing will not disappoint and can be used as a gentle pommel swing for the little ones or in the true essence of a raging hurricane for those willing to accept the challenge. Children love the Falling Star rocker, this element can be enjoyed by up to four children at a time. Sensory play has also been integrated within the overall design with the inclusion of the sand play unit, complete with pulley and bucket and creation table for all those sandy delights. With plenty of shade and a picnic table under a hardstand shelter, this playspace will provide fun and comfort for the whole family.
