Macnaughton Park

Macnaughton Park

Nestled among the tall, shady trees of MacNaughton Park in the City of Joondalup, this playground renewal embraces its natural surroundings to create a welcoming playspace where children can explore, imagine and enjoy the outdoors.

The Playmaster multiplay unit features a calming, nature-inspired colour palette of greens, complemented by generous use of ModWood to create a natural aesthetic that blends beautifully with the surrounding parkland. Offering a variety of climbing, sliding and active play opportunities, the unit encourages children to build confidence, develop physical skills and enjoy outdoor adventure.

A Pipeline double swing adds a timeless playground favourite, giving children the chance to swing together and enjoy the simple pleasures of play. Imaginative play takes centre stage with the Farmers Market play hut, where little ones can create their own market adventures, role-play as shopkeepers and customers, and engage in social play with friends. A charming daffodil rocker adds a playful finishing touch, bringing a splash of nature-inspired character to the design.

Surrounded by established trees and natural shade, the renewed MacNaughton Park playspace offers a peaceful yet engaging community destination, combining active play, imaginative discovery and a strong connection to nature.
